Is there a way to pay with a bank account instead of a credit card?

I have been trying to update my card on file, but the card keeps coming back "payment declined". I have already reached out to my bank to ensure payment is allowed to process and ensured that the address and card on file are correct. Is there another way to get payment processed if the card method is not working?
