Hi, the referral whitelisting/blacklisting feature is available for our Premium plans only (Pro account on higher) and it is done by Cloudinary.

If you'd like Facebook (or any other social network) to fetch your images, then their domain/s will have to be whitelisted as well.

I've read about "premium" plans and "pro" account in other support tickets, however, neither of these terms appears on the pricing list:

Since we're on the "plus" plan, does this qualify or not?

Hi,  I apologise if I wasn't clear in my answer. Cloudinary premium accounts start at the Pro plan at $1,099/m.

Wow 13k$ p.a. to get referer whitelisting, now that's an impressive price tag. Any chance smaller plans will support this somewhat essential feature as well at some point?

(Btw, you might want to mention the pro plan on the pricing page for better understanding.)

Thank you for the feedback. Custom manual CDN settings, such as this one, are usually enabled with the larger plans. We hope to automate as many of these in the future.

Roee, could you please confirm me if this still the case nowadays. Which plan should I contract to get a referer whitelist feature?

    Thank you

    Hi Borja,

Referral based whitelisting/blacklisting is Pro plan onwards.

    Thanks,

    Hi Aditi,

I only see Plus, Advance and Advance Extra plans in the options to upgrade. Which one applies?

    Hi Aditi and Roee,

Could you please confirm me if the Plus plan includes this feature?

    Thank you.
