Adding Sound to Video

I'm looking to concatenate two videos and then add a sound track over the top.

I've seen that concatenating videos shouldn't be an issue but I'm struggling to find documentation for adding a sound track.

What are my options?

  In Cloudinary audio files are treated as video resources, and as such, they can overlay on top of another.
  You can overlay the audio over the video and have it merged. To control the entry time and the end time you will have to use the start_offset (so in URLs) and end_offset(eo in URLs) parameters.
