Video size compress

Hi Team,

Can I compress the size of video while uploading or after uploading the video?

If so, Can I implement that by using PHP or any other language?

I would appreciate your quick response for this.

If you want to make sure you deliver smaller videos, you can perform incoming transformations on the video to store a more optimized version of the video as the original.
