Delete Image with public_id

Dear Sir,

     I use cloudinary api in our website, when we need to delete (destroy) image from our library, it return Ok but when we check cloudinary library we found images not deleted.

and when we try to delete image from dashboard we found the thumbnail still found not deleted also.

Please we need your help

  In order to further look into this, could you share additional details as to what you are experiencing?

   

  Specifically, if you could share your cloud name and an example of a resource you deleted and was not deleted correctly, it would also help us.
