why do images not show in the media library?

Just installed Wordpress Plugin, on Add New Page, when I click 'Cloudinary Upload/Insert', the images aren't displayed, only the titles (see attached).

Shouldn't I be able to see the images?

  Hi Jeff,

  We can't seem to find any specific problem that may cause this. You should be able to see a thumbnail of your uploaded images.

  Hi,

  Please let us know why we are facing the issue while uploading the images. Whenever we tries to upload the new image then getting an error like "Upload failed: Cloud name is disabled". Please let us know what is the issue in our account and how can we resolve this issue because we want to upload our products.
