Facebook cache period

What is the facebook cache period?

It still not updated for the last 4 days after changing profile image on facebook.

Using link like this http://res.cloudinary.com/gigmor-com/image/facebook/c_lfill,g_center,h_140,w_140/v1383920245/facebook-id.jpg

Social profile pictures delivered by Cloudinary are refreshed once a week.

You can ask Cloudinary to force refreshing. For more information (in PHP):

I have a problem with stuck Facebook profile image transformation. Image itself was changed somewhat a month ago, but one specific transformation on cloudinary didn't update.
