An answer on that topic would be much appreciated

What is the purpose of cookies for serving images ?

If a webpage is making a lot of images request, the cookies overhead is substantial

    Thanks for the nswer

Cookies are not required for image delivery by Cloudinary. No cookies are set by the image delivery server. Cookies are only set for Cloudinary's users (the developers) that login to our management console. Further requests by them to 'res.cloudinary.com' include the cookie. When using custom domain name (cname), no cookies are set.
