    When you use Cloudinary to manage and deliver your images, we can actually tell you if anyone is hotlinking your images (currently upon request, soon it will be available on your dashboard).

    This way, you can identify if this is a real problem and decide if you need to take measures against it. Statistically, our customers very rarely identify this as a problem they need to solve.

    If hotlinking is indeed in issue, Cloudinary offers several solutions. We support authenticated URLs which is available to the Advanced plan onward, we also support referral-based whitelisting and blacklisting, this require a short manual setup on our end and is available to our Premium plan.

    There no longer exists a "premium" plan. What tier is the "referral-based whitelisting and blacklisting" feature available?

    One of the features of the premium plan is indeed the option to whitelist/blacklist links.
