jpegmini service not working

I have signed up for the jpegmini addon, and I was trying to configure the signed url as requested, however when I call it from my php  (wp) I keep getting 401 ...

Also I dont receive the signature component at all..

  Hi Einav,

  Have you made sure that the JPEGmini quality component is selected? 
  
  At the image's details page, click the "More options" link to see more transformation options, there you should select the JPEGmini preset you wish for that specific image:

  

  When JPEGmini is selected from this drop-down list, the signature should automatically be added to the URL.

  Note that in order to avoid abuse to your JPEGmini plan's quota, each URL should be specifically signed.
  
  Also note that the Cloudinary files which are included with our WP plugin are a minified version of our library.

  If you wish to generate the URLs via PHP code, you should consider downloading our full PHP integration library, which will include the signature part in your URLs:
