Issue uploading 1MB TIFF image

I have a 1MB TIFF image. When I try to do it through the media library interface, I get an image thumbnail saying "Upload failed: General Error". I can provide the actual image if necessary.

I have been uploading lots of other TIFF images, many sized at around 700KB or less. This might be the biggest one I've uploaded.

    Hi there!

    We are trying to upload some TIFF files around 50MB. They have failed several times.

     

    How can we do it? Is it also a known bug?
