CloudinaryException (Server returned unexpected status code - 504 - )

Hello. I have a running application that use your service, but recently my user reported problem on a part that use cloudinary as image uploader service. When I check my application log, I get CloudinaryException (Server returned unexpected status code - 504 - ). What is this problem? How can I fixed it? thanks

  We are having same problem .

  When trying to upload pdf in bulk but sequentially . Some pdf gets uploaded but after that it gives error --

  err: {
  message: 'Server returned unexpected status code - 504',
  http_code: 504
  }

  I have increased the timeout to 6 minutes

  Please check.

  Im having the same issue while trying to upload pdf file. It worked initially but all of a sudden I started getting this error

  {

  http_code: 504,
  name: 'UnexpectedResponse'
  }

  Hi Akowanu,

  Please use the following form - http://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - to submit a ticket to us so that we can look into this further. In the ticket please include a copy of the file you're uploading and the code you are using to upload. In addition, please let us know the filename/public_id of a recent upload request which experienced this issue and the date/time of the request so that we can find that specific one in our logs.
