Storing url of eagerly transformed image

Is it safe to store url of eagerly transformed image in the database?

For example, response of my upload returns this url in eager list:
- http://res.cloudinary.com/myrepo/image/upload/h_450,q_85/v1460451960/mypic.jpg

Will this url be available as long as I use Cloudinary?
