"General Error" when trying to upload video using Cloudinary's widget

I implemented the cloudinary upload widget on my site but its failing with a "General Error" when uploading a 35MB video.

Looking at the network requests it seems like all chunks are successful except the final chunk which fails with 500.

This error message is completely useless and googling doesn't yield anything obvious, any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?

  We were not able to reproduce the issue on our end.
  kindly share with us either the address of the page where the widget is running, or the code you are using to run the widget with, so we could find the root cause of the issue.

  It would help us the most if you could share both with us.

  I'm getting the same error uploading a video of 19mb..
  
  

  This error doesn't occur when you upload on control panel...

  Hi, Hilario. Can you please share the video file you're trying to upload alongside your widget's code, which is responsible for the upload? feel free to open a support ticket if you'd like to keep these details private.
