Unauthorized use of copyrighted on Google Play
Hi, I tried to published Tupac wallpaper app 5 hours ago but Google Play has rejected my app because of "unauthorized use of copyrighted content in your promotional screenshots". My wallpapers(and promotional screenshots) comes from media library of this website. Firstly, I searched all tupac's wallpaper and uploaded here. Then, I fetched these wallpapers from this website to my application. I researched and I awared that it is not acceptable for Google Play because these images are copyrighted.
Then, I decided to make another wallpaper app.As far as I learn, to make acceptable application, all images should be "labeled for reuse". I will research and find some wallpapers "labeled for reuse". Then, I will upload this website to fetch these images to my app.
Can this solution accepted by the Google Play? Is there any copyright crime by using this way? on Google Play side and Cloduinary side?
Thanks for all responses.

Hi Gurkan,
Please note that Google image search lists images in different levels of usage rights. Please read more about Google Play's AUP.
Please make sure you have full permissions to use the images you upload to your Cloudinary account.
