The cloudinary widget is saving my png files as psd files

    Each image file has a signature (a.k.a magic number) that indicates the type of the file. We use that signature to determine the type of file. So all though the name of the file might end with ".png", the file might be a ".psd" type of file, depending on that signature.

    If you uploaded a file, and got a psd file, that is because the file that was uploaded was in fact a psd file.
