how to use add-ons

hi there,

 

I'm new to Cloudinary, I came across it when searching for solutions to my host not using appropriate compression for uploaded images, giving me hassles with SEO... 

I've been trying to find out how to use add-ons, and I think I must be missing something very obvious.

I subscribed to an add-on, but it wont come up in the URL's for my images... What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi Jeanne,

  In general, in order to use Cloudinary 3rd party add-ons, the account must be a paying one and the URL used - a signed one.

  If both conditions are met in your case, then please share some more information, so we can better understand your issue (cloud name, URL in use, code, etc). If you rather keep it confidential, please feel free to open a support ticket at support@cloudinary.com.
