Cloudinary, WP Rocket and Wordpress
hello together,
I'm the new one here... A friend of mine is using Cloudinary in connection with wp rocket in Wordpress. The system runs without any problems. After uploading a file via wp library the pic moves automatically to cloudinary with a new url like this for example --> http://res.cloudinary.com/xxxxxx. FINE!!!
So I start with cloudinary too. The same system (wordpress, plugin, wp rocket), server etc. and settings. But in my project it doesn't work. After uploading via WP LIBRARY the picture goes directly to the WP UPLOAD FOLDER by default --> not to cloudinary. Where is the issue in my case? If I compare the settings of both systems I see no difference.
Could you give me any advice to fix my problem. Sorry for my bad English in hope that you understand my problem. Thanks in advanced

Hi
Uploading to the WP media library, directly does not automatically upload the image to Cloudinary when using only our WP plugin.
If there is a site with that behavior I can only assume that something else is causing that, as it's not the regular behavior.
I am not familiar with WP rocket, so can't really say if that is what makes the upload process act like that.
If you could share further details with us, or maybe a screenshot or video of the exact upload flow, we would be happy to take a closer look and try to understand better
It's also possible to open a request with support@cloudinary.com and we could take a deeper look into this.
