Confused about what cloudinary offers

Let say l have 2 videos stored in Cloudinary. And l have 50 million users spread across the world. 

If all the 30 million users are playing the first video and 20 million are playing the second video, how does Cloudinary help here?

1. Will all my users be able to play the video at the same time without any lag issues? no Buffering and pauses?

2. Can l use VideoJS or any other HTML5 player to play video for 50 million users at the same time?

3. Will Cloudinary be able to support all these users?

4. Does that mean once l use Cloudinary, l don't need to worry about Bandwidth, Storage, CDN etc?
