Not able to upload PDF Files
I am not able to upload PDF files to cloudinary. I have tried it through Android, jQuery Upload Widget and directly on the management console. In all three places, it gives back an error saying "invalid resource".
Is PDF upload not supported in cloudinary? I am able to upload other file types like xls.

Hi Sinu,
Can you try re-uploading the PDF file once more and letting me know if it works? We sometimes don't allow them to be uploaded because our system detects there might be spam in the file. I reconfigured a setting in your account to test if this is the reason the file isn't uploading. Thanks!

Awesome! It worked. Was this because of the file I uploaded? It was just a random pdf file I downloaded from internet for testing.
Thanks

Hi Sinu,
Great! I'm glad we were able to figure it out. Often times when people grab a sample file from the internet it gets flagged for spam. You should be good to go now though. :)

Hi,
I have the same problem with a PDF file - I'm getting "Invalid resource" as an error. Is this setting something I can change myself?
I have signed up via Heroku and use multiple sites for my app (staging and production) with individual Cloudinary accounts, so this setting has to be changed for those apps.

Hi Anders,
Can you please raise a support ticket here- https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and share your cloud details so that we can take a look at the issue.
Thanks,
Aditi

I'm having this same problem all of a sudden (today). Some of my older files work fine but new generated PDF's are failing as Invalid Resource. This is a production system and we are not able to move forward currently.

Hi Tim, can you please open a support ticket at support@cloudinary.com and share the PDF you're trying to upload so we could investigate it further? also, are you getting any error messages you can share as well?

Roee Ben Ari,
I did file a support ticket last night and was able to get this resolved. It was apparently getting caught in the spam trap. I just didn't know this existed or how to fix it.
Thank you.

Did anyone figure out a proper fix for this? I'm getting the same issue - is there a way to turn off the spam filter?
