Requesting to stop deactivation of account
I have received a mail that my account will be deactivated on 6th sept 2019. There was a bug in our code that loaded every image from the cloudinary which increased bandwidth usage. We have solved the bug and from now the bandwidth will not cross the free limit. I want to continue with the same account as i am using this cloudinary image urls in many of the applications even in facebook and other socialnetworks and as my usage will be pretty low from now i want to continue in free plan.
So, kindly let us continue with the same plan without deactivation of the account.

Thanks for your question!
While I responded to your specific use case via email, I wanted to share that our plan limits are "soft limits", and as such, when exceeded, it doesn't immediately affect your production environment.
When getting near your plan limits, an automatic notification email will be sent to you, warning you of exceeding it.
You will then be prompted to either settle your usage or upgrade to a more suitable plan (ignoring those multiple warnings and notifications can result in a deactivation of your account). If you have any questions or requests regarding these usage alerts, the best way is to contact us at support@cloudinary.com and we will be happy to assist and guide you through finding the best solution to your needs.
