¿is posible?

I read doc about video transparency, but i try and try, but i can not do it 
 https://cloudinary.com/documentation/video_manipulation_and_delivery#apply_video_transparency 

What would the url be like for this specific example?

  Hi Estudio,

  Currently, transparency is only supported for the overlays and not for the base video. In the documentation link, the watches are the overlays and that has been made transparent using e_make_transparent.

  I will raise a feature request to support transparency for base videos as well for our product team to consider adding it in the future.
