    Hi Jon,

    In order to investigate this further, may I please ask you for some additional details about the issues you're seeing, specifically;

    • Are there any console errors when you open the Dashboard page?
    • Does this happen in different browsers, are you able to try this out if you haven't already?
    • Would you be able to provide a short screen recording or a screenshot of the browser window blank Dashboard you're seeing?
    • Was this working previously and it recently started showing you a blank page or has it been an ongoing issue?

    Please feel free to include any other details you think are relevant as that would also help in narrowing this down.
