AI files converted to PNG

We are noticing that the upload widget is converting the AI files to PNG. None of the uploaded AI files are visible in the media library, however all of them exist in the PNG file format.

  Hi,

  Can I ask you to please open a support request so we can investigate thid further? If you include the name of your account and an example file we can check the details.

  A possible reason for this is if you have an Incoming Transformation specified in the upload preset used by the widget.

  I'm assuming you don't specify format: PNG (which will explicitly convert the file to PNG as requested) but there may be a different transformation specified which implicitly converts the output to PNG - if you can share the details we can check it for you
