Root url for folder
Hello,
My plan was to have an html template which I download and parse. The images in the template contain: '${root}/my_image.jpg' where root was to be replaced by the folder's url at runtime.
Having set this up it seems that there is a random number such as 'v1571512936' in each url which prevents me from doing this.
Is there a way to lock down the url for a folder?
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi James,
The number you're referring to is a version component that meant to help you bypass the CDN's cache, as explained here. This component is not mandatory and can be removed.
As I don't completely understand your use-case and flow, I can't suggest anything further. If you need further help, please let me know more about what you're trying to achieve. If you'd like to keep it private. Please feel free to open a support ticket at @support@cloudinary.com and share the details there.0 -
Thanks - this was exactly what i needed.
