Tranformation URL doen't work

I have the next Image https://res.cloudinary.com/marvinq/image/upload/v1566924062/xiflat/images/wqchamcovovzemv2rotq.png

I want to apply a quality tranform, like in the documentation, using

https://res.cloudinary.com/marvinq/image/upload/q_10/v1566924062/xiflat/images/wqchamcovovzemv2rotq.png

... but it doesn't work.

What is bad here?

  Hi Marvin,

  You have "Strict transformations" mode enabled on your account. This means only transformations that were specifically marked as "allowed" can be used, while all others are blocked.

  So in your case, q_10 is not an allowed transformation and this is why this URL isint working.
  To enable a specific transformation you need to create a new transformation in the "Transformations" tab, then save it (click "Save" not "Save as" ) and mark it as allowed by changing the icon to Green.

  Alternatively, if you wish, you can disable the "Strict transformations" mode in your Security settings page.
