Is there a way to target a specific color and replace only that color with another?

Hello,

I have an image that is mostly shapes in multiple grey colors ( #808080, #BFBFBF, #000, #FFF ) and I want to specificly change #808080 to i.e. #F00. I tried to apply the effect replace_color with a tolerance 0, didn't work and after I increased the tolerance up to 10 it automaticly colored all other shapes as well.

Is there a way to target a specific color and replace only that color with another?
