    Hi,

    There can be several reasons for Cloudinary account to become disabled, such as ongoing usage excess, unsettled billing issues and more.

    Can you please open a support ticket here:https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new sharing your cloud name and last 4 characters of API secret and I'll be happy to share more information regarding your specific case.
