Tranformation fetch does not always work

Hi,

For some of our images, transformations does not want to work and return 404

https://res.cloudinary.com/paysoft/image/fetch/https://stor-age.co.za/Uploads/Images/Claremont.png

https://res.cloudinary.com/paysoft/image/fetch/q_auto,f_auto,dpr_auto,w_auto/https://stor-age.co.za/Uploads/Images/Claremont.png

It does work for similar images though, which is very confusing.

I've tried to delete the offending images from my media library and adding them again, but to no avail. We rely on lazy uploading.

Can anybody help me figure out why this would happen?

  Hi Francois,

  The four links you shared above seemed to work on my end without any issues.

  Could you please clear your browser cache and see if the issue still persists?
