Images are not showing in MS Edge and mobile devices
Hi Cloudinary team,
I've noticed some strange behavior on my client's website. We have some images there for example here https://res.cloudinary.com/annturkova/w_1920,h_1200,c_fill,q_auto:eco,f_auto/WEB/2019/07/dsc-2598.jpg ... I'm seeing it on desktop browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Opera. But not in MS Edge or MSIE11.
But also if I try it on my newest Android 10 (Chrome browser, or iOS Chrome browser) I can't see image and getting just 404 error.
I thought it can be problem with image format, but I have f_auto parameter so I think I have good settings.
Can you help me with that please?

Solved :-D my client forgot to verify her account. Images working perfectly now.
