    Hi Nick,

Looking at the URL you shared, that isn't in the right format to retrieve a list of resources for the carta tag. Your extension should be "json" and you need to specify the correct resource_type and type (image/list).

I've updated the URL below wich lists all resources in your account with the relevant tag:

    https://res.cloudinary.com/kao-thai-peru/image/list/carta.json

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Aleksandar

    Hi Ian,

Client-Side resources (aka Resource List)  are restricted in accounts by default which would be why you could be seeing an error when trying to access a JSON list.

Looking further, I can see that your account has "Resource List" restricted in the Settings -> Security tab - direct link - https://cloudinary.com/console/settings/security.

When Resource List is restricted it can only be requested when it's via a Signed URL. Since you're not using a signed URL this would be the reason for the error.

If you will be using these resources from the client-side where the API Secret won't be available, you can uncheck the Resource List restriction and save the settings so future JSON lists can be generated.

Please note that any existing URLs which you have requested prior to removing the restriction may still return an error since these errors are cached. Therefore, I'd suggest after removing the restriction to add a new tag and test with that new tag. Once the cached error for the URL you shared has expired that will also be accessible.

May I please ask you to either use a Signed URL to access the JSON resource list or remove the Restriction from Settings -> Security tab and let me know how it goes.

    Hi Marco,

The error you are receiving is: "No resources found for type list clock". Since the tag specified ("clock") doesn't exist on your account and there are no resources associated with this tag you are receiving this error.

You can refer to this tutorial on how to add tags to images via the Media Library: https://cloudinary.com/documentation/media_library_intro_tutorial#add_a_tag_edit_metadata_and_rename_an_asset

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
