video manipulation for adding image overlay from URL not exist at cloudinary dashboard

Hi there,

Hope You are doing well 

I used Cloudinary video manipulation for adding image overlay like this (https://cloudinary.com/documentation/video_manipulation_and_delivery#adding_image_overlays) and it's working fine

but this adds an overlay for the video already uploaded in the dashboard.

but I  contacting   multiple videos in one and need to send final  contacting  URL   that not exist in Cloudinary dashboard 

so if you have any documentation showing how to do that

  Hi,

  You can use fetch resource type to overlay remote URL on a video. The remote URL should be base64.

  Eg: https://res.cloudinary.com/demo/video/upload/w_700/l_fetch:aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cubXlzb3RpLmNvbS9pbWcvdXNlci9zbm9vcHlhbGllbjI0L3Byb2R1Y3Qvd2ViLzEwODYyMzgvMTA4NjIzOF9zaG93X2RlZmF1bHQucG5n,w_0.8,e_colorize,o_90,x_0.25,co_white,fl_relative/dog.mp4
