Upload has stopped generating valid images
We are in the process of testing an image upload application (.NET based, using the SDK). Until recently, this worked fine. However, on re-testing today, 2 issues have arisen:
- We are unable to disable the versioning parameter, either using the account settings (both invalidation options tested) or programmatically (.Invalidate=true); it's essential for our downstream applications that the images do not have a version included in the URL
- URLs for images uploaded today and previously no longer work - either using the copy link button on an image in the media library or using the "open in new tab" from the Manage screen. In both cases, we get the message (parts of the URL redacted):
The image "https://res.cloundinary.com/.../1615.jpg" cannot be displayed because it contains errors.
Downloading the image from the Manage screen works fine.
These are both show-stoppers (the former is likely a configuration issue we've missed, the latter - considering this also afects previously working images - flags concerns with the reliability of the service).
Please help!
Thanks

Hi Kevin,
We would need more details in order to understand both issues. Would you mind opening a support ticket, sharing your cloud name and the ways to reproduce the issues so we can take a closer look?

Sure - wasn't sure which route to take.
