Accessing original asset from private images

Hi,

We are seeing some differences between two of our sub-accounts. Using the url format https://res.cloudinary.com/<sub-account>/image/private/<folder>/<image-id>, we are able to see images in browser for one sub-account but not another. There are no noticeable setting differences between the 2 sub-accounts. What is causing this difference?

More details:

• We upload all of our assets as private
• This behavior is consistent with all images in their respective sub-accounts
