GIF transformation parameters are not working while adding a text or an image in GIF.

Here we are facing one issue. while adding a text or a logo in GIF, transformation parameters do not work. example e_loop, fl_lossy.
Because of this issue, we won't able to reduce GIF size and applying the looping effect.

a] With Logo :

  I have separated e_loop to be with the main image.
  Added frame rates and delay to optimize the gif size. It is now considerably smaller and loads faster.
