WP Plugin Update 2.1.1 // Sync not working // Images are partly shown

Hi,

after updating the WordPress Plugin to 2.1.1, the sync process started again, but on most of the images in the media library the status is still "upload sync pending" since nearly one day. On the other hand it seems, that the image links have changed?! Here´s an example:

before update:
https://res.cloudinary.com/hoppermann/image/upload/f_auto,q_auto/v1587586225/terrarienboerse-hannover.de/09terrieboerse125-150x150.jpg

after update:
https://res.cloudinary.com/hoppermann/image/upload/v1587586225/terrarienboerse-hannover.de/09terrieboerse125.jpg

The plugin worked perfectly before the update, even with the media library and the folders on the cloudinary server.

  Hi Holger, 
  
  This may be a bug on our end that was introduced in v2.1.1. We are checking on this internally.

  In the meantime, can you try to downgrade to v2.0.3 by downloading it at the bottom of the following page?
  https://wordpress.org/plugins/cloudinary-image-management-and-manipulation-in-the-cloud-cdn/advanced/

  Let me know if that temporarily solves the issue for you?

  Hi Raz,

  downgrading to v2.0.3 was successful - everything works fine like before, except that the "upload sync pending“ status is still not changing on some pictures. But this is a minor problem for me for the moment. At least all images in the frontend are shown, even if it´s a mixtured loading from the WP media library and the Cloudinary server. Therefore I rather would wait until your new version will be available.

  I guess, there´ll be a new version number for the update (like 2.1.2 or something like that)?

  Yes Holger, you are correct. You will see a new version number, most likely 2.1.2. 
  We expect to publish this fix next week, so make sure that you monitor the plugins page daily during the upcoming week so check whenever the new version is out.
