Images Missing from Avada Image Carousel
I set up a site for a client, one year ago. All the images were uploaded to Cloudinary, and everything was working fine. Started doing updates today, and I did update the Cloudinary plugin. Also did some updating to the Avada plugins
Now, when I look at the carousels using the WP backend, everything looks fine. I can see the images in the UI, etc. Able to Edit or Remove, etc. The Cloudinary URL even shows up where it ought to in the backend UI.
When I view the actual website, all the slideshow jpegs and pngs show up as missing. If I add images (by uploading to WP from local versions of the images,) the uploaded images work fine. If I try to insert an image that already exists on Cloudinary, the process completes okay, but the added image doesn't actually show up in the media library, and it doesn't show up on the web page.
If need be, I can just reupload the images for the slideshows to WP, but that seems to be defeating the purpose behind use of Cloudinary's CDN.

Thank you for posting this question. I believe you've also open a support ticket with the same issue and was caused by strict transformation.
After you disabling the strict transformation it is now working.
