Unfortunately delete folder and i want to get back

Same thing here: accidentally deleted the wrong folder, which contained 63 assets.
Backup is enabled on the account, but I see a "Perform initial backup" link.
Where should I go from here?

Hi Michel,
We use the "Perform initial backup" to back up your current assets prior to enabling it.
Please create a support ticket for us thru: https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
and share with us your cloud name and the folder deleted so we could check on it.Regards,
