Changing my cloud name

Hi, I have a cloud named "indievisible" (Free Plan for now) and I am coding a rebranding of my whole website to a new name, new domain.

 

Is it possible to change my cloudname at a specific day?

 

Will all images be accessible by the new name?

  Hi Daniel,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  After changing the cloud name, all your current URLs will stop working, therefore you'll need to update your app to use the new URL convention of:

  http://res.cloudinary.com/<new_cloud_name>/image/upload/sample.jpg

  Please note that changing your cloud name, require verification, can you please open a ticket to support@cloudinary.com and share with me the last 4 characters of your account's API Secret and the new cloud name? you can also provide the time when you want us to change it and we will change it as request.

  Please open a ticket to https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and share with us your cloud name so we could check on it.
