Video Transformations too high

Hi,

 

We are looking at our account though we post few videos but the transformations are too high, just wondering how we reduce the transformations or any tips that we could optimize the transformations to the minimal any resource or tips would be helpful.

  Hi Patricia,

  Transformation on videos are actually applied to each frame. For more information on how Cloudinary counts derived resources for videos, please see the following documentation: https://cloudinary.com/documentation/solution_overview#multiple_transformation_counts

  Please note that transformations are counted against your plan quota only when created for the first time. After you've created the transformed video, no matter how many times it's being delivered, it will not be counted towards your transformation quota again.
