Ask for accesing PDF Files

Hi, I want to request access to be allowed to access the pdf file directly through the URL. I previously have an account and got that access, my previous account was refo@sdbagency.com. I was allowed to this access using that account and explain to you anything. So we decide to upgrade the package to "Plus" package using this account. 

My previous ticket was #132496. 

Let me know if you want me to explain what is the purpose of this request.
