Can I create via cloudinary upload preset from uploaded image.jpg a .psd image with new desired layers?

  Hi Vadim,

  While Cloudinary does have an option to convert raster Images to vector graphics, it is not possible to convert a JPG. into a multi-layered PDS. file. For more details on the available conversion, please refer to our blog article here.
