Upload image via URL not working

I am using the cloudinary web UI in my application to upload images but I cannot paste any Web URL. The field is not editable. Any fix?

  I assume you are using the upload widget inside your application, is this correct? May I please ask you to share the public webpage with the widget so that we can try to reproduce this on our end? Also does this issue happen on all browsers?
