    Hi Jessie,

    I noticed you have created a support ticket for us.

    Like I have mentioned in the ticket, it could be that they are blocking or throttling the request, we can see from the logs that we sent the request and received 403 response.
    They may need to whitelist Cloudinary's user-agent: `Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Cloudinary/1.0)` if they haven't already.
