getting AttributeError: __enter__ on image upload

Getting this Attributrerror on image upload in cloudinary,
using function "cloudinary.uploader.upload" same as your documents
we are using version
python -3.6.6
Django - 2.1.15
cloudinary - 1.23.0
please help
