receiving alert for usage credit

Hello,

Just wondering is there a way that I would be notified when my credit is about to finish, e.g., when I reached 80% an email is sent to me?

I there is no direct way, is there an API endpoint to check my credit; so, I would check the credit regularly via API call to make sure not exceeding my quota?

    Hi Mojtaba,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Our plan limits are soft limits, and as such, when exceeded, it doesn't immediately affect your production environment.
    When getting near your plan limits (90%), an automatic notification email will be sent to you, warning you of exceeding it.
    You will then be prompted to either settle your usage or upgrade to a more suitable plan (ignoring those multiple warnings and notifications can result in a deactivation of your account).

    Thank you for the answer @Shirly, but is there a way to change the alert from 90% to 75% maybe, or any other number. In my experience, 90% is too close. I've ever experiencing a high traffic in my website, so it goes from 90% to 100% just in minutes, so that I haven't realize it happened

    Hi Abdullah, 

    If you are on a PAYG plan, then you can set thresholds in your account settings for 75%. If you are not on this type of plan, then unfortunately you will not be able to change this. But I think it's a great idea! I definitely invite you to suggest this as a feature request on our public roadmap. You can do that here: https://cloudinary.com/roadmap
