Image Optimization not working

I'm using Cloudinary as a CDN for an app I'm working on, and I'm running into a problem with the URL transformations, namely that they're not working. I've tried both `q_30` and `q_auto:low/f_auto`, but Lighthouse not only shows that the file size isn't reduced, but that it's showing up as even bigger than the original size in the media library.

  I see that you contacted us via our Cloudinary Community page about this. I responded there earlier to ask if you are able to submit a ticket to us via - https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new - with a link to the page where the images are hosted and the report that Google Lighthouse produces.
