API responds with id/url and success code when uploading image, but the url is broken and the image is not present in thee media library

Hello,

As mentioned in the title, some of the images uploaded ( ~10% ) do not end up in our media library even if the API call returns the ID and url of the resource. The images are usually about ~1MB, not more than 1200x1200 px. We just upgraded on the Advanced plan but I don't think it has anything to do with the plan as we were not near credit usage.

  Hi Mitza,

  In order to investigate this further, may I please ask you to share your cloud name and a specific example such as a public_id or URL to an asset that you have recently uploaded that isn't working or available in the Media Library? If you prefer, you can submit these details in private to Cloudinary by creating a ticket via - https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
