cl-placeholder not working in angular

Hi,

I use this to show some placeholder but for some reason, it is not working.

  Any ideas, please?

  The behavior is as usual, blank page until images I loaded and even

  loading="lazy"

  is not working at all, all images are loaded when application bootstraps.
