Issues with widget open

Trying to open the widget through the instruction widget.open() result in error:

1. err: 0
2. result: {id: null, uuid: "f43d1b27-2e49-42ce-b297-d587733db672"}
1. id: null
2. uuid: "f43d1b27-2e49-42ce-b297-d587733db672"

The api makes a request to https://api.rollbar.com/api/1/item/ and it produces an error which don't allow the widget be open

  Is there a public URL that I can access and reproduce this issue? If not, then can you please share the upload widget code and your cloud name.
